CONDITIONING CLASSES

Conditioning classes are high energy group training sessions that focus on fundamental movement patterns. Running, jumping, pulling, lifting are at the foundation of functional training. Participants are challenged to push past their limits and work together as unit. Benefits are be seen in increased energy, stamina and recovery. Classes are capped at 15 people to ensure quality.

SPORTS TEAMS

Athletes are assessed to identify individual strengths and weaknesses of each player during an initial phase. Players undergo various fundamental movement pattern drills to display individual level of flexibility, chronic injury concerns and range of motion. During the 6, 8, 10 or 12-week module both the strengths and weaknesses of each player are worked on.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For those that would like a little more personal attention but a little less cost of personal training, we offer small group training. These sessions are built on the same principles as conditioning classes, but can be further adjusted to levels and goals of participants.
